Our main branch is one of the largest translation providers in the region and has both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015 certification. Our processes and quality standards are tightly controlled and monitored. Bureau Veritas conducts regular audits to ensure that the highest quality standards are consistently upheld.

Passion for language for more than 20 years 

Driven by her passion for language and perfection, German studies and information science graduate Vanja Keindl founded VERBA in Zagreb back in 1998. A lot has happened since then and VERBA has grown to become an international language service provider. But through the years, professionalism, customer orientation and the pursuit of quality have always remained an integral part of our DNA.

Today, the VERBA group employs 30 dedicated professionals across Zagreb (Croatia) and Aabenraa (Denmark) and collaborates with more than 300 freelance translators and editors worldwide.
QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS
Our team consists of university graduates in translation, law, engineering, medicine and other areas. Moreover, the qualifications possessed by our translators, proofreaders and project managers meet the requirements set forth by the ISO 17100 standards.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
Our translators regularly participate in additional training courses for professional development. We are committed to ensuring our practices and expertise are always up-to-date in order to meet and exceed the constantly evolving industry standards.
